Workaday Services was founded in March 2016 by Sarah Merchant.

Since then, it has evolved to provide several different services, everything from online bookkeeping to general virtual assistance to social media management and training.

We work primarily with small to medium businesses who are looking to increase their presence online. Whether you have a brick and mortar store, a location-based service business, or an online-based business, we can help expand your business and increase your revenue.

I’m a lover of books, and colour, and believe strongly in doing what you love. I worked in the corporate world doing customer service, accounting and administration roles for over 15 years, before turning my focus to social media.

While I love the amazing views in town (I live in a small oceanside city on Vancouver Island in British Columbia, Canada), I live with my iPhone in my hand, scrolling endlessly through Facebook.
